How can we fix this? We push to depoliticize the universities and schools because students should be spending time learning their profession when Australia's education standards are slipping relative to the rest of the world. We push to depoliticize ABC and SBS so they stop spamming left-wing shows all hours of the day. This way, right-wing political views have room to actually be heard, and to convince voters.
The idea is to condition into you subconsciously, that all of your problems need to be solved by the state.
It's not natural to get into a scuffle, and the first thing you think is: "golly gee, I best not do anything in case I get charged with assault; better yet, let them ruff me up as good as they can until the cops arrive, to get the best conviction".
