According to SCB the total population as of February this year is 10 135 303 inhabitants.
According to the same site the entire Swedish population with "foreign background" which is defined by either being born outside of Sweden or being born in Sweden to two foreign parents is 2 439 007 (2017).
I'm not good with math but if you divide the amount of folks with foreign background with the total population then you get the actual percentage, right? So in that case that would be 2 439 007/10 135 303 = 0,24 which means that almost 24% are non-Swedes. Take into account that more and more are coming into this country every day, people with one foreign parent aren't taken into account and that there's an unknown number of illegals that haven't been registered, so the number could very well be 70% Swedish or even lower.

The people who would be counting themselves as "Canadians" are the Quebecois, being that to them, Canadien is just a synonym for Quebecois and excludes Anglophone Canada.
Nonetheless, I find the ~70% figure dubious. Anybody who lives or works in the GTA knows that the white population is well below 70%, even as far north as Newmarket and Aurora which are currently being colonised by Arabs and Iranians. I'd imagine things in places like Vancouver and Montreal are barely better, if at all.
