I think I interact plenty. I get home around 6pm everyday and have to be asleep by 10 or so because i get up at 330am for work. I've not played video games for a whole year. I sold my PS4 after four months and got bored of it. I used to love them when I was around 15 years old. If I fancy a trip down memory lane I just watch some of the Resident Evil or Silent hill walkthroughs on youtube now and then.
I started going the gym nearly a month ago and I really enjoy it, it's probably the best remedy for depression and actually gives you a reason to live.
