Racism is spawned from experience in the South. I learned this after moving from the North. Also, there are more black racists than white by a large amount.

Because they have come in contact with reality,I'm not saying that all blacks are bastards and such,but a very large amount of them are,I have an African friend,but guess what,his family is pretty rich,that's why he doesn't behave like animal,good culture and genetics due to his family,same applies in USA.
There are some good blacks,but they are such a tiny amount of the overall statistic that they can't counter it,thus the whole hate against the Blacks in general,most of the time justified.
Americans should help the good blacks to live in their ethnostate (west coast perhaps?)and sterilise the niggers, maybe in some decades they'll be on the same level with the whites.

I always took that map as propaganda, I've been to about half those areas that claim 46%+ niggers, they are no where close to a majority in even a fraction of those purple areas.
