There's no contradition here. The data he presents from the first study supports the claim made in the abstract of the second study. The title reveals the study's focus, it's not saying that increased violence due to MAOA is only found among whites.

Most IQ tests are complete bullshit anyways. I've gone to multiple psychiatrists and taken several different IQ tests. Even been paid for taking one at an ivy league school for some kind of research.

I've gotten a range of 94-180.

I think the only true test is seeing how long it takes a person to learn something. But everyone knows true savants with extremely high intelligence always have severe issues with learning some things to the point of seeming as if they're mentally retarded.
