Some things to start doing: journaling, meditating/praying, reading, lifting, controlling diet, find active hobbies, learn new skills or languages, get out of your head and be present. Some things to stop doing: porn, fapping excessively, spending all day online or playing video games or watching TV, being a shut-in, overthinking. I've done okay with most of these, the hardest ones are porn, fapping, and getting out more. Part of that is because I'm constantly doing homework, but I've definitely come a long way out of my shell in the past two years.

I need a workout routine that doesn't require free weights. I tried for a year and a half to do starting strength and my bench and press stayed stagnant because I couldn't get the form down.
