The Soccer event i attend is years 8 to 18, and i'm on a sports leaders coarse with the same company that set that up.

I once threw a kid Because he was annoying as fuck. I worked as a viking in a live museum. I was told to take a break. I just told the leaders what a brat this kid was and that i har warned Him.
Get a spray bottle, fill it with lemon water, and spray the kid in the face with it whenever he tries to talk to you.
If he attacks you then give him a couple of thunks, and restrain him.
Do the same with the kids parents.

Another way to get problem kids to listen is to make them too tired to complain, so if make them run laps, push ups, or burpess whenever they act up they will be more responsive to coaching after wards, and it benefits them physically.
