I don't know if that has a lot of real info. Arthur Avalon is the real deal and explains all of the Metaphysics and theory of it. The book is dense and can't just be casually read because of the amount of Sanskrit terms and complexity of the metaphysic. But that books should be good to give you a really strong overview of it.

But with this type of yoga you require a guru to actually practice it. Today that would be hard to find because there are so many frauds and not many real gurus would be willing to teach westerners.
