Sean Hannity: "“I have never received an invoice or paid legal fees to him [Cohen]"

Then Why is your name coming up as someone who had their documents raided by the FBI???

Hannity then goes on to say his conversation with Comey dealt with "Real-Estate"....

Right, So, the man is definitely guilty of some sort of Real-Estate Crime.

>Hannity then goes on to say his conversation with Comey dealt with "Real-Estate"....
Why the fuck would Hannity talk to the Director of the FBI about real estate you fucking cancerous newfag?

Typo. I meant Cohen.

But that's a good question: Why did he talk to Cohen about real estate?

>Then Why is your name coming up as someone who had their documents raided by the FBI?

It didn't you dumbfuck cockgoblin.

The judge asked Cohen to give some names of people he has advised and he mentioned Hannity to her.

Attached: 1451351895061.jpg (229x220, 4K)

OK,

Cohen Clearly named Hannity as a Client, The fact that Hannity is so quick to deny that he ever paid Cohen demonstrates that he is trying to hide something....

Someones lying. Either it's Hannity or Cohen. If it's Cohen, then we definitely need to investigate him more. Meanwhile, we should also open up an investigation into Hannity's Real Estate Dealings.

>his conversation with Comey dealt with "Real-Estate"....
You had one fucking job. I'm reporting this to Shareblue

0.05$ has been added to your wifes account

Paycheck deduction when??

he probably assumed that the media would immediately go into 'hannity used Cohen to pay off some broad' mode. id guess he was just trying to get ahead of that by saying he never paid Cohen anything.

filthy rich media guys like Hannity and Lauer have pussy pads, a condo or apartment to smash whores. or if they're really close with side bitches, they'll buy them a condo in Manhattan or south Florida (where Hannity spends a lot of time)

he was probably trying to keep apartments off the books from his wife and lefty media. apartments where he plowed side pussy

Because Trump is a real estate guy, and as the lawyer to a real estate guy you'd think he might be a guy to ask about real estate shit?

I don't know, just fucking spit-ballin' here?

>because lawyers work for free all the time

>can't stop thinking about Comey

You liberals are fucking fun to watch. LOL
When Scotus strikes the illegal search down (((They))) will blame it on Gosuch appointment.

>“But I have occasionally had brief legal discussions with him where I wanted his input and perspective.” Yet Hannity then said he “might have handed” Cohen $10 and said, “I want attorney-client privilege on this.”

Prove it
Where is the collusion?

Sounds like a conspiracy to me user

Dindu Hannity

Fucking Trumpfags...

The same people complaining about a massive "Deep State" infiltration are literally part of a "Deep State". Cable news host that serves as a massive mouthpiece for a Presidential administration that also continuously dismisses the charges against said President's attorney ends up being represented by that same attorney.

Absolutely insane conflict of interest, especially considering that he doesn't disclose this on his TV Show/Radio program.

Their projection knows no bounds.

As somebody who is a literal real estate lawyer in NYC, albeit as only a small fish...

There is nothing remotely weird about Hannity getting real estate advice from Cohen or any other attorney whom he so desires. Cohen is not a real estate attorney, but enh, lots of people dabble here and there, plus it's also clear that Cohen is more of a fixer slash mover and shaker. The senior paralegal in my dept knows more useful things about real estate than most attorneys, in large part because she knows lots of people, she knows what's what, etc.

The weird part is how Hannity chose to never divulge what should theoretically be an uncontroversial relationship. If the "real estate dealings" really are purely innocent affairs about where to park spare money, then why be so secretive?

Because...we all know that Hannity did not employ Cohen to merely help him buy/sell or whatever. Especially since Cohen is also behind suspiciously abrupt flips.

I don't think Hannity did anything dramatic or sexy. Maybe he wanted a pied a terre for his mistress. Maybe he bought a condo to keep somebody quiet. Maybe it's something as anemic as Hannity's money being passively intermingled with some financial funny business.

The point is, Cohen is not a normal lawyer, and there is no way that Hannity just plumb forgot to mention that the FBI raid would swoop up emails/tapes of him seeking Cohen's advice.

In the grand scheme of things, I don't think this means very much, other than the fact that neither Mike Cohen nor Sean Hannity are all that bright.

Why is that a normal question for the judge to ask? It seems irrelevant.

Attached: Screenshot_20180416-233530.jpg (1200x1201, 422K)

why was it somehow critical that he be named in public anyway?
i despise pawn hannity but this stinks of deliberate political partisanship by the judge
it was totally unnecessary

This is the judge, right?

i love how in denial trump cucks are

Still waiting on the crime.

Why is cohens client list 'of public interest'?

its great because it makes the argument of attorney–client privilege null.

It was not irrelevant - it was perfectly relevant. The motion being argued was about what material to exclude. Hannity being outed was an own-goal by Cohen's attorneys.

The motion being argued was literally about Cohen's lawyers giving the judge a sealed envelope, saying "exclude the materials concerning these clients, it would embarrass them". Assuming no other naughtiness on Hannity's part, this would otherwise not have come up in this way. However, as anybody would know, mere embarrassment is not a good enough reason to keep such secrets. (Also, identity and time representation is NOT privileged! The mere fact that Cohen had advised Hannity on such-and-such dates is not covered by attorney-client privilege. The contents of those conversations would be so protected, so long as they weren't furthering crimes etc.)

The crime is free real estate LMFAO these faggots got nothing. I love watching them grasp at straws like they have been since POTUS45 won the election and he's still here hahaah

Lawyers keep notes on their consultations even if the person doesn't become a client. A client isn't one until a contract is signed.

t. lawyer

You put false text in the green text. That's stupid.

***Cohen's attorneys*** were the ones who were enumerating Cohen's clients. They were trying to distinguish Cohen's advice to Trump from Cohen's other legal and business practice. They were trying to exclude evidence by treating the warrant as if it had been a subpoena: ***Cohen's attorneys*** were arguing that the FBI should be able to go through just what Cohen has already categorized as the conversations between himself and Trump (and Stormy Daniels and the Trump Organization, etc.).

However, this was a search warrant, not a subpoena. You don't get to pick and choose what the agents find in their search. Also, furtherance of crime breaks a-c privilege. The court is not going to let the *subject* of the search preemptively decide what is or is not communication furthering a crime. That's why there will be either a taint team or a court-appointed special master.

So...do you think that Cohen's attorneys should never have moved to exclude what they were arguing was privileged, irrelevant material?

Wrong.

What was the crime?

> Shits on the previous president for similar behaviour
> Defends the current president because it's his team

You're a faggot shill. At least I called out Obama for being useless. You'd get on your knees and suck off Trump's tiny fucking dick even if he was marching you to your execution.

To further clarify, Cohen's attorneys had wanted to argue their motion without ever getting Hannity's name into the record. However, "it would be embarrassing" is not a good enough reason for the court to keep Hannity's identity a secret.

So: Cohen's attorneys were the ones who tried to get the court to preemptively exclude the conversations with Cohen's other clients. They pressed their luck by trying to keep Hannity a secret. Didn't work.

> A client isn't one until a contract is signed.

Holy shit, this is exactly wrong. Were you Cohen's class at Cooley? We use engagement letters, etc. to *avoid* surprise/implied attorney-client relationships. That is why we suffer through Pro Ro and such.

aww just because im not retarded like your simple mind doesn't make a shill, asswipe

try again, cutie

It's amazing how far we allowed this to veer off Russian collusion....which was a government larp.

Spaghetti on the wall tactic is a distraction at giving them more time to find anything.

Bank fraud, wire fraud, campaign finance laws, that's for starters. Cohen has been under investigation for a while by the USAO-SDNY office anyhow, apart from Mueller. Obviously not everything is unsealed.

Think about it. It's obvious that Trump is not privy to the Mueller/RR investigation. It does not rise to intel briefings that are important enough for the President to take decisive actions against a foreign threat. You don't investigate national security threats as a criminal issue and of methods with a special council.
The most intriguing aspect is the consensus and admission that it did not affect the election.

Biggest dog and pony show ever.

If that were the case he would have been arrested. Nice try.

fpbp and checked, blumpf scandal #734940 just as much of a meme as every previous one

Also apparently his taxi medallion business. Hm.

thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/382482-fbi-search-warrant-on-cohen-inquired-into-taxi-medallion-ownership

just like everything else to do with cohen, this is a distraction

This is why

twitter.com/Popehat/status/985973713244844032

Bear in mind that Cohen has every incentive to exaggerate his client communciations to try to derail the doc review, so he may be spinning Hannity into a client when he really isn't, or is only minimally for a few communications.

twitter.com/CathyGellis/status/986038731223203840

Hannity may be full of shit, but that basic situation is not unusual. Attorney-client privilege can attach to the inquiry, even when no attorney-client relationship is ultimately formed.

It's not proof of anything other than Cohen named him as a client at the hearing today in an attempt to form an excuse to keep all the seized communications confidential due to privledge.

New York need to investigated for mob ties to running an obvious scam. They should proceed with caution, they might not like what turns up when they prod ppl involved.

You seem unclear as to how "arrests" figure into the criminal process. This isn't a TV show, where bust down the door and find the telltale golden evidence on the floor and read him his rights and blah blah blah. There may never be anything resembling a "perp walk". Cohen has been very much submitting pre-indictment claims with regard to his own case. This...is what it looks like when you're under the hammer.

>bread crumbs

Attached: SDNY Collusion.png (629x411, 92K)

I bet he fucked a boy. Or a male prostitute. Hopefully Cohen has a recording.

Hannitty is now feeling the heat for supporting trump. We'll get to see what kind of man he is, whether he stands up to them or folds to prevent damage to his career.

Nice projection there faggot

Somebody gets it! It is entirely possible that all of Hannity's communications relate to quasi-formal advice among friends, and that all of it is rather boring and legal. If only he had had the balls to bring it up first

Yeah, my "hm" was over how taxi medallions are basically one rung below "sanitation" as far as mobbiness goes.

More ratings is bad? Seems you know nothing about what happens in the entertainment ind, cable news is simply entertainment, politics is boring, no one watches it, they need ratings.

I dont say this at all but I think the site you are looking for is reddit. Upboats await you.

Attached: 2016 - 1.jpg (429x529, 26K)

Ppl know they are involved, it is accepted. To think that corruption is not in every part of big cities is absurd. Ppl leave their jobs (paid off) rather than investigations into their practices as the whole system would collapse & politicians in the dock & voters baying for blood.

>Right, So, the man is definitely guilty of some sort of Real-Estate Crime.
Heh you lefties are getting desperate.

This is false, Cohen did not say a damn thing, it was "reported" by "reporters" at the court room that Cohen's lawyers said this, yet there's not a single fucking shred of proof and Cohen hasn't said a damn thing.

Exactly, If I casually knew this guy and ran one or two ideas or questions by him I would be mortified to be a part of this circus now when it had nothing to do with me.

Cohen naming him as a client doesn't mean there's skeletons, it just means they had a conversation once about almost anything that may or may not be subject to privledge.

Hannity did not act like someone who is under the hammer tonight on TV or on his radio show.

Is this criminal or civil case?

Becasue the feds where granted access to conduct an FBI raid signed off by RR and by aJudge over something to do with Access Hollywood to precisely kick in a door to read the golden evidence in the form of communications between Cohn and Trump. Everybody was shocked and even laughed when the warrant was leaked for the justification for the raid. Again not so dissimilar to the secret rubber stamp FISA (don't call it spying call it) surveillance approvals that revealed nothing.

>isn't oid enough to have an actual job
>comments on subject he has no idea about
>smug self sense of satisfaction
you are the reason this site is complete fucking garbage now. please (im sincerely begging you) kill yourself.

youtube.com/watch?v=1RY8JWMeirA

Well, yeah. And then every so often the Gambinos and Gottis of the world get soft and get culled. They are eventually replaced, except when they are not...but still. Reaping time comes every now and again.

Cohen was a sloppy boy, and worst of all, it looks like he didn't pay all the taxes on his medallions. Right now it looks like he's meeting a fixer's fate: now that the feds are crowing about how they have all this material from his office, he's going to be a liability to every colorful character whom he has served in the past.

I got the impression that Hannity and Cohn baited the news media to show that's a circus misleading the public

Attached: e78fbcfa861bf1100da3e9697cbedc56326e085ae1a858f868d01cd44b49ca78.jpg (822x529, 79K)

Post the covert warrant(s), which you can't do because you don't have them.

Are you saying that Cohen is lying to everybody, and that he did not use a HELOC to pay off Stormy Daniels? Pretending for sake of argument that this is all this is about (it's not), do you accept that core narrative, or do you think that Michael Cohen is lying to everybody? If so, then why?

Hannity seems flummoxed, and he's too arrogant (and not smart enough) to deal with this more calmly. My suspicion is that Hannity's questions are either embarrassing or mildly naughty, but nothing that would have been on anybody's radar otherwise.

Definitely, but it came off as way way too "knee jerk" defensive..

Attached: 26126639407_1ed391697c_o.jpg (2688x1520, 1.35M)

feds need a way out. mueller doesn't want egg on his face so he gets the SDNY manpower (preet loyalist) to think outside of the box to find dirt. mueller knows this is way outside of his preview to investigate disgruntle pornstar pain

That's kind of how attorney-client privilege works, once you've so much as asked him to take a look at your fanfiction a lawyer owes you certain duties and will keep you in a client list.

I'm honestly not sure how this changes things since everyone knew Hannity was a pro-Trump commentator anyways, if anything I'm a little more on the "fire Mueller" side now because this makes his "investigation" look even more political than before.

If Cohen was in deep shit he would already by wearing concrete boots. this reveal by the left & Never Trumpers is simply about optics, they need to show Trump is shady & has done deals in the past, none will be proved. As with Bill Clinton & Hillary it will simply go away. Political investigations always do. No one in politics want ANY investigations into things they also do routinely.

Nice speculation brah!

The only thing that would effect him is his "moral image". He shitted on Roy Moore for dating legal age girls when he was in his 30's. If Hannity has seen prostitutes or even had an affair that would destroy that. Unlike Bill O'Reilly who is accepted to be flawed, Hannity is not, but I suspect it is ll BS & will turn out to be nothing but legal advice. The left love their scandals.

I'm asking you if this is civil or criminal case. A slew of news media reported the raid was over Access Hollywood.

You think the Cohen needs to take out a loan to buy the rights to her story? Why would the FBI care to investigate this under normal circumstances? How's this illegal? How the heck cares? How's this related to Russia?

Hannity went on air to say he didn't retain or pay Cohn. You'd think court discovery would reveal this to be false.

Hear me out. the very second I read that they raided Trump's private lawyer and broke attorney client privilege I knew the Feds still found nothing and are completely desperate and devoid of moral legal mandate. It is a witch hunt because Fed never ever did this to Hillary where there were obvious laws broken.
