Just something from the fresh produce section and that has high volume with low calorie. But a ridiculous amount. And eat a bunch before you eat your main meal. Fill your gut full of fiber and greens. So when you finish your main dinner hot dish you are like “uuugh wow i am so full” and you are more satisfied. A dinner like this on a calorie deficit will make you crave sweets real hard after an hour of only eating this.
