Did you make this? I have some suggestions for making it more convincing. The fonts are off is what I think is bothering most. Needs a different font for We're Sorry up top. Starbucks doesn't use crayons-looking fonts. The black text beneath is a bit stark. I'd soften it to a dark charcoal, or a very dark coffee brown, and perhaps use a serif font, because Starbucks is gay. Everything else looks great, though you might want to make the "people of color only" font bigger on the coupon. Higher resolution on that coupon template would help if you can find it.
