Homeschooling is nearly exclusively used by Islamists and other religious nutcases in Europe. I am not saying Europe isn't oppressive, but homeschooling laws aren't part of that.
Islamists in e.g. the UK do "homeschooling" in the sense that the kids are put in non-approved Islamist schooling instead of normal schools.
