local council has recycling bins, but now theyre really picky about what you can put in them. which its causing confusion, if youre going to do it, then do it all or not at all.

Some places like you said are picky as shit and it's a downward spiral.. recycle people only want empty bottles with no caps yada yada and most of the people just say fuck it and dont recycle anything.
