Because only the brightest of Indians(usually) get to make it to the USA. USA has tough immigration laws and demand is high for people wanting to immigrate to the US, so the US is in a position where they can choose who comes in. It is the same reason why Nigerians are succesful in the USA compared to other blacks, because it is highly likely that the US picked only the more educated ones.

It’s because we work hard as fuck in school and get robotic high paying jobs upon graduation (engineer, programmer, ect.). our parents force us to study 20hrs a day when we’re young so we always get the best grades. we also basically never spend money on flashy shit like other races do (except rolexs for some reason).
