Yes having a miscarriage is not normal, but no one chooses to have a miscarriage, while people choose to engage in homosexual acts. Yes getting kinky stuff from Japan is not normal nor good but that doesn't make homosexuality normal or good... I guess the argument is we all have our sins? Well then we can all battle against our sins instead of indulging them.

No christians don't hate homosexuals, they hate the elevation of homosexuality to normality, which is not the same. They don't hate sinners, they just wish sinners would repent and at least try to not indulge in sinful acts.

I think that was their way of avoiding admitting that Christians are guided by serious moral principles (like valuing the life in the womb) rather than just hatred - as they'd like the viewers to think.
Christians are motivated by wanting power and control over others for their own benefit, and at the expense of others who disagree or can't easily conform to their rules. "Morality" is a bullshit cover for trying to get a leg up on others with discriminatory policies.

please tell me how being disapproving of homosexual behavior benefits christians in any way. An argument could be made that in today's society it actually harms them to hold that position, as it make them target of accusations of "bigotry' and 'homophobia'.
