Yeah, face tracking on the streamer girl, motion tracking on the background video. Then attached the face mask to the motion data. Plus some correction by hand. It took about half an hour. The biggest limiting factor was my toaster of a pc to be honest.
In the pornhub video only the first few minutes are usable (where she's still clothed). The rest are looking down or facing away from the camera.
