How exactly do you regulate prostitution?

How exactly do you regulate prostitution?

I know this may sound like silly question, but let's say you are a girl that lives in a popular tourist spot that JUST legalized it. You are at the club and you see cute guy. You tell him that he has to pay you for him to have sex with you. It's a win win for you because you just tricked a guy into paying you and you have sex with him. How the fuck do you tax that? I feel like if prostitution was legalized here in the US a ton of girls would do that, even though officialy they are not sex workers. Many would take advantage of the prostitution laws. For the anons that live in countries with legalized prostitution, what's it like?

state enforced degeneracy

Well, for one they'd need a license, which would eliminate the "spur of the moment" decision for a drunk girl to see if she could get paid. They'd need to register in the sober light of day, which would discourage most women.

>How exactly do you regulate prostitution
You ban it. All the regulation you need

Maybe like a hoe license that they’d have to produce lol.

You laugh, but it's true. That's one way they discouraged strippers in a town where I used to live. Made them get a special license and the info on it was a public record.

Ask your mom lol

You could regulate prostitution in the same way that restaurants and eating places are regulated. Designate a premises where business is to take place, license specific activities, and have regular health and wellness inspections.

No more backpage or craigslist, where do I go??

Somebody fix that tit, it's bugging me

>license

So if you claim youre a prostitute and youre asking for $100 to fuck, you have to show your license to prove it to the customer? Again here in the US prostitution isn't legal and I've never fucked one so I wouldn't know how other countries do it.

I'm just curious how the fuck you regulate something like sex. What's stopping 2 people from just discussing it and doing it?

Look up hooker laws in Nevada. They get tested all of the time to keep their licenses.

>What's stopping 2 people from just discussing it and doing it?
It would affect anyone who wouldn't want to risk arrest. People could still operate outside the law.

Easy, they'd have to carry a state issued Whorepass™ that lists their identity, tax-related info, the date of their last mandatory medical checkup, etc.

You stipulate that it is only legal in specified areas and then regulate the usage of those areas. Brothels basically.

When prostitution is legal, you work in a brothel. A brothel has to have a license and you are an employee of said brothel. You get STD tested every week or so and condoms are mandated. Also they inspect your dick beforehand. Prostitution is legal where I live but you can't be hooking on street corners and shit. This is the due process of legal prostitution, you won't find prostitutes at bars/clubs and shit that are doing it legally. Haven't been to a brothel and honestly I think it has a minimal (if any) effect on the surrounding society. The only thing I've gotten from it is a funny story about how a guy came in the bucket when they were inspecting his junk because he was too excited.

why is the word onions ban

onions = s o y

As a fellow 'german', i approve of this.

Its like legal weed. You won't find dispensaries going out to seek out customers face to face. You go to a dispensary to get weed legally the same way someone goes to a brothel to get a hooker. If either of these go out to seek customers through solicitation, they're breaking laws

lol look at that implant sliding its way down

it's fucking over

prostitution has been legal for quite awhile here. they dont pay taxes at all, only places with premises like brothels actually pay taxes, and even then the books have been diddled.
quite the problem with fly in fly out whores here. especially assorted chinkers

Cap them at 5 dicks sucked a day

Prostitution should be legal and there shouldn't be any income tax to begin with.

they simply charge you a fee every year to carry a card
so when you get arrested, you flash a card, and voila. get out of jail free card

or, you can outlaw prostitution except for whore houses
and that can be taxed quite easily

why are you fucking dumb?

You make it legal to operate on the books brothels and keep it in the brothels and escort agencies.
We have that here.
We also have legal street walking, but the taxes you could collect from that part of the industry isn't even worth it.
That sort of club shit you refer to would fall into that.
If I had my way it would be in the brothels and escort agencies only and all other forms would be criminalized.
Out of sight, out of mind, taxed and regulated.
I'm a firm believer in legalized vice as long as it's sensibly controlled and fills the public coffers.

brothels you dumbass.
That's like saying
>How do you regulate a travelling salesman
dude tricks other dude into buying his dumb product and pays cash
>How the fuck do you tax that?

Marrigot Bay is beautiful.
I enjoyed visiting your country despite most of it being 3rd world.
An absurd amount of fucking mosquitos though.

Monthly std checks
Mandatory condom use
License
Taxes on the John/ticks end
Make the prostitutes work for a regulated company

If they still do it illegally then they get 10 years in prison mandatory.

There will still be some street whores going unregulated, sure, but who the fuck wants some diseased crackhead? Most prostitution would be done through reputable companies which maintain licensed whores. Licensing would require regular disease testing and that sort of thing.
