Current rundown: >government fucks social security >issues loans to (((cronies))) >>nation-wide chimpout happens >the army's being mobilized >people are stacking on provisions and water everywhere >the police are stealing people's provisions >mass gassing seems imminent
Honest question: Why do the protesters chant in the same rhythm as communists in the USA? Is this just a battle between two different groups of communists?
Jose Mitchell
context: These are (((trees of life))) that have been placed by the government at great cost to the taxpayers (they build 140 of them at $25k a piece). They also have esoteric symbolism tied to them seeing as they're related to the trees of life in the kabbalah.

We've been led by communists for a long time. Its hard to break these habits. The protesters are definitely not pro-communism though.

What is the official explanation for them?

this pic was in the last thread, humorous considering Ortega allegedly has a blood condition that limits his exposure to sunlight
>"Ortega tiene una enfermedad sanguínea en su corazón que no le permite tener más de una hora de sol al día, por eso todas sus actividades son de noche", afirmó Cardenal, distanciado políticamente de Ortega. eltiempo.com/archivo/documento/CMS-4776953
I don't take a side because I'm not you, so fuck your country. But what side should I take as a NatSoc?
Jaxson Ward
The official explanation is the unconstitutional president's wife decided they should be built. Some citizens think she partakes in witchcraft. Pic related is from an independent newspaper here. Translation: >The tree of life is one of the most important symbols of the kabbalah, a system of mystic interpretation of the old testament of jewish tradition
Why isn't someone whipping up an army of Catholics to bring down these idolaters?
Caleb Hill
I've never heard them voice their opinion about this. Yep. No one wanted them built and they cost the taxpayers 3.5 million usd to build all 140 of them. Good find user. I'll look into this later today when I wake up.
I'm exhausted anons. I'm gonna go to sleep. If any nica reads this then good luck. For everyone else: if there is peace in your country enjoy it and never give up your guns.

Look what democracy has done to the West. Do want this? You need a Pinochet, not a democracy. Granted, you may not have open borders since you're as poor as your shitty neighbors, but democracy is not a virtue.

In Latin America there is overlap between the church hierarchy and freemasonry.
Is the fighting continuing over night or has it settled?

Interesting. This explains why Pope Francis is such a cuck.

The only Catholics who can fight are Croats and Austrians.

>Austrians
Lol they got blown the fuck out by SERBIA so badly at the beginning of WW1. Dunno when they were ever good actually.
Anyways any nicas still here?
Grayson Bennett
Almost 5 am here. Most probably asleep, soon many will wake up.

Give me a rundown on Ortega. I thought he was trying to open up the economy and had shifted his economic views towards capitalism. My understanding was that things were getting better in Nicaragua as he started bringing in more international companies with a lower corporate tax rate. Also, I think it's quite easy to get a gun in Nicaragua, you just need to have an interview with a psychologist and then you're good to go.
Gabriel Robinson
You are correct about the economic policies. As long as there is peace, Nicaraguans are apt at promoting private business. Ortega was always a pragmatist so his behavior isn't about shifting views so much as it is about shifting methods to stay in power. With Gadaffi getting ousted, Chavez dying, and oil prices affecting the Venezuelan economy, Ortega lost important allies for financial resources.
This has motivated him to rapidly increase his cronyist activities, he uses the government to enrich himself and his most trusted subordinates. They acquire controlling interests in companies essential for political power, like the media and the energy sector. He also exchanges political favors (get out of jail free cards) to fellow corrupt political rivals and corrupt businessmen.
At some point in his life, I believe he gave up on conventional morality, which is why he is willing to pursue absolute power through the government. His humble origins and his parents political rebelliousness against Somoza Sr. probably instilled a lifelong resentment against the traditional social establishment in Nicaragua. Socialist ideals and the anti-American interventionism legacy of General Sandino became vessels through which Ortega could cultivate populism and overthrow the social order of the country.
So things are getting bad because the Ortega regime has been steadily accelerating corrupt practices in spite of whatever economic progress there has been since he came to power again.

Are the Sandistas authoritarian or liberal? I mean are they like the old-school commies or Sweden type lefitsts?
Caleb Allen
From the sounds of they're fucking loser ass kids/young adults trying to be on the right side of who is power. And it's Nicaragua, the 'leftists' would probably seem alt right in a country like Sweden lol
Jack Cruz
The Sandinistas are socialists. The Liberals have their own parties. Here the liberal parties act as the right wing. Historically there was the conservative party (right wing) and the liberal party (left wing).
In practice though the liberal parties simply try to capture all the votes against the sandinistas, people don't trust the liberal leaders either. The first time the sandinistas lost the presidential election, it was against a coalition of opposition groups in general.
James Johnson
>I mean are they like the old-school commies or Sweden type lefitsts? neither, it is more like 70s socialist talking points mixed with latin american strongman/machine type politics. It's not like Venezuela either. The Sandinistas cannot alienate the private business sector. They cannot rule without their at least passive support.
Daniel Morgan
any updates since the government accepted "negotiations"

I'm still having a hard time believing only 12 people are dead with all the shooting and mortar fire. Though I'm sure tons are injured, 12 seems low
Lucas Green
Im finally back my dudes, had a restful sleep of 1 and a half hour, been checking on local news and fortifying the barricade, things are calm right now, I'll see if I can get more provisions from the supermarket, and im also going to pay a visit to the local gun store, see what kind of guns are available Are there any important things or happenings that I missed while sleeping?
Everything is quite calm here, just some mortar fire last night from nearby barrios but that's it.
Let's see how it goes today, have you talked to your relatives?
Julian Martin
Its amazing that CNN and the rest of the media still have not reported on this.
Ian Hill
That's the South American culture though. You guys will yell all day about how Catholic you are but at the end of the night all of you steal from each other and try to fuck your neighbor's wife.
South Americans consider morality to be a suggestion rather than an imperative.
Matthew Jenkins
We wont get an accurate picture of casualties from the past couple of days for at least another week, and by then there will be more. The Sandinista government is trying to lock down any press access and information flow.
Joseph Flores
Come on user, its no different here in the States either.
Aiden Edwards
That's what I dont like, its too calm here, makes me worry even more
Yes I talked to them, they're fine, thank god, told them to stay inside the house and to stay the fuck away from the streets
Also Is that true that the Contras are joining in on the shitshow

They're leftist Jews. They will report a Jew anywhere in the world getting a fingernail broken as a hate crime but won't report anything that runs contrary to the leftist systems in place.

There are rumors some of the anti-canal people that are coming down to Managua are bringing some AKs rifles with them.
Jacob Adams
Hey welcome back my Spicey friends. Wishing you a good luck to hunt down commies and drug dealers in your area! Use firearms supplied by CIA, if you have it already. Help is coming. :^)
Yes i've heard about that report, shits about to go down in Managua
But I also heard that the Contras are coming from Esteli to Managua to fuck shit up Thanks dude Funny that you mention that, was searching the web for a while and found some coverage from (((CNN))) (((and NYT))) amp.cnn.com/cnn/2018/04/21/americas/nicaragua-unrest/index.html
This. They are trying to find a way to address the events without addressing the actual cause, same as always.

Why are Nicaraguans such crybabies? >opposition loses election >whaaa it was unfair democracy is dead >social security costs go up >whaaaaaa democracy is over where my gibs?! >government plants some trees >whaaaaaaaaaa the Jewish kabal destroyed democracy it's all over
You live in a country with social security and democracy. It takes some work to make a country great, but I guess it's easyier to turn it into a shithole. Pretty sure they're like BLM. They want it to sound worse than it is so the chimpout turns into a riot proper.
The protests are hecause the ss checks are going to be 5% smaller. Checks, user.
They hold elections. Ortega is in his third term. His opponents cry rigged and literally accuse the US of installing him into office through secret CIA undetectable ballot stuffing. They're Maduro tier paranoid and don't seem to have even a plurality of popular sulport, kinda like Maduro.
Gotta love the Cuban Americans. Been waging a Crusade on Central American commies since the 50's, and make sure to teach their kids to continue the fight after they go.
Camden Nguyen
Hlw is this different tham a normal Friday night? Y'all have insanely high crime, right?
Anthony Thomas
>catholics >being against idolatry lmao
Robert King
Fucking ouch.
John Wright
The SS checks are going to be smaller because the Sandinistas stole money from the fucking fund. Those "Tree of Life" art installations cost $25k a piece. If you can't see the blatant theft of public sector resources by a commie government that builds monuments to Chavez it is because you are a fucking retard of a commie yourself.
Kek, but still, this shit is spiraling out of control, also crime here is only common on the south, like in Managua or Masaya
Samuel Long

Also here's the Jow Forums thread if anyone of you have any important tips on how to survive a SHTF situation
I'm already prepping myself, got around 3 molotovs made, going to make some thermite if I have enough materials, will probably follow the burgers advice and booby-trap my house vietcong style.
They always use the exact same methods because their ideology leads them to the exact same conclusions. Then when the shit fails, they double down because not real communism.
Basically none? Boomers didn't have enough kids and put an income cap on ss contributions. And they don't want their gibs hard reduced and love to protest, so I guess that part is similar. SS has a parallel treasury. I'm a Libertarian. Sauce on ss funds being pilfered to pay for the trees? SS's usually have separate funds like in the US. I don't want to hear commie speculation/blame in your answer.
Normal thermite isn't explosive. Unless you need to cut some locks, don't waste your time and resources.
t.Nanotech
William Kelly
Be careful with booby traps, amigo. They are by nature indiscriminate. Also, when preparing incendiary and explosive devices remember to have separate work stations for each step so you don't have a whoopsy daisy. Keep fire extinguishers handy.
See image It isn't explosive per se, but it can be used for a fire bomb. Also, they are worried about the 30 or so T72's the government has and thermite down the barrel and over the engine block is one of the few ways for a simple partisan to take one out of commission.
Brandon Wilson
Thermite is actually hard to ignite. Sparks or flame won't do it. Need to burn magnesium or use fireworks/model rocket engines.
It won't explode tho. Just burn your fucking house down.
Lucas Richardson
Yeah ok. That would fuck a vehicle up bad. Honestly tho unless you are specifically trying to disable machinery, the diesel alone is more than effective.
Michael King
*heavy machinery
Diesel bombs will disable standard vehicles with ease. Just hit the engine block preferable on top and underneath.
Brayden Ramirez
>T72 Yeah ok fair enough.
Benjamin Cruz
Im pretty sure i might need to open a few locks, but still, noted Thanks for the tip, really helpful
I might need to get a crowbar or something, need something to pry locks with and to wack commies with á la Gordon Freeman
