Providing a resource is tough because I'm not gonna sift through pages of feels at this point just to find the starbucks best business practises guidelines, but it's basically like this:
The 2 niggers walk in, and one or both of them asks to use the toilet (supposedly)
They are denied.
The two niggers sit down without ordering and proceed to wait for their friend.
They are told to order or they will have to leave.
They decline.
The manager proceeds to call the law to remove them from the premises.
So here is the problem, (mind you I just read a few news articles to see what the big deal was)
apparently you can go into starbucks an sit there without ordering anything and you will not be asked to leave. Also you may enter starbucks and request to use the toilet and they will allow you to do so without being a paying customer.
these things are very easy to prove, I could send 30 people into starbucks an have them ask to use the bathroom, or loiter without ordering. I could send 100. I could send 1000.
If they are allowed to use the toilet and are not asked to leave without ordering then starbucks would be dealing with this:
"Federal law prohibits privately owned facilities that offer food, lodging, gasoline or entertainment to the public from discriminating on the basis of race, color, religion, or national origin; it also prohibits government-owned and/or operated entities from discriminating on this basis. A place of public accommodation includes many places that are open to the general public and the law requires that everyone has an equal opportunity to enjoy the services, goods, and benefits of the public accommodations."

The only question is what is strabucks actual written policy regarding people who use the toilet without ordering and people who loiter without ordering.
