The first thing you need to do is come to the conclusion that you want to stop. By any and all means, you want to stop. So ideas like, "Man, it's the fucking weekend, I just got paid, why the fuck not?" are going to ruin you.

You need to walk yourself down, like stairs. At the top of the stairs is what you're currently using, at the bottom is 0. Each stair is a time frame and an amount that YOU designate, you know how your body reacts and your goal is to quit.

Get some competitive hobbies, video games, the gym, join some clubs, be around other people who are sober. Go to NA and fully submit to it.

If you know a child or children living in a situation like this, call child services and do it today. Any parent that is addicted to anything harder than coffee and cigarettes is a failure.
