I think marriage is very important and should be incentivized by the state to have stable family units and healthy children.
But I agree that clearly the risks inherent in its corrupted state are too great for men. It's an unacceptable risk to take and that insecurity and fear doesn't make for a healthy, strong, monogamous, lifetime bond.
I think marriage should still exist for our people, but it should be parallel to the existing institution and wholly community based and enforced.
