He was White, so yes.
Carter Foster
That's a big foot.
Brayden Thompson
he betrayed us and weakened our empire, so no.
Isaac Gomez
you're right. wtf. maybe its a reptillian claw disguised as a human appendage.
Chase Rivera
He was one of the last world leaders to actually participate in combat while being a leader, so yes.
Josiah Morales
history and myth are inseparable. and so a figure is divine if enough people deem it to be so.
by american accounts, washington, hamilton, jefferson, lincoln, etc all rise above the status of mere man.
Nicholas Jackson
>he betrayed us and weakened our empire, so no.
You got what you deserved
Oliver Barnes
so yes.
Christian Russell
Yes
James Peterson
Oi m8, you got a license for that historical revisionism?
Owen White
Treating him as divine seems like a good thing to do, so yes. History is a set of lies agreed upon.
Hudson Wood
idk was he?
Nolan Lopez
He was a fucking scumbag
Idolize Jefferson or monroe or someone else the jews dont want you to remember
Xavier Morris
Can you explain exactly how he was bad?
Dominic Green
Just look it up
Stefan molyneux did an overly speculative video on the subject too
Jacob Jenkins
How about one or two examples?
>just look it up
>being this much of a brainlet
Robert Baker
The gesturing you're referencing is "As above so below". It's an esoteric symbol meant to convey divine influence upon the physical.
Lincoln Moore
The American revolution was backed by the kings of France and Spain because they believed it would weaken the British Empire, but it only ended up strengthening it by the time of the French revolutionary wars. The Second British Empire was infinitely stronger than the First.
Blake Peterson
He's a gay little mason and they've been proven Jewish.
Brayden Wilson
Yeah, a high quality thread such as this requires high quality sources
Do you do this for every claim you come across, or just ones you disagree with?
Henry Stewart
whashington a normal dude
Ethan Baker
Didn't even ask for a source. You said he was a scumbag but you can't even give an example of why anyone should think this way. Yeah, I do this for every claim I see. If someone describes a person one way, I'd like to know why instead of just accepting their description.
Again,
>being this much of a brainlet
Austin Jones
Hudson Taylor
He was bad in moral character and most myths about him are fabricated
Iirc he did things like fuck over veterans, fuck over his military comrades, was generally incompetent, did not actually give up his power, and the whiskey rebellion
Nathan Martin
No, but they sure as hell wanted to make him seem that way because when you don't have any founding myth to base your country on yet or national heroes to idolise, you need to get one started and Washington seemed like the most obvious pick in the pantheon of founding fathers americans have remembered more as demigods than actual humans.
Zachary Morris
Imperfect. But he and most the Founders thought Divine Providence was behind the Revolution and its conclusion anyways. What interests me most about him is his physical presence. Even before his role in the Revolution, but probably after he helped start the 7 Years War, there was something about it that people picked up on. Its just a strange thing to say, and to have it said repeatedly over many years. Was tall for his time obviously, but its stuff like how he mounted a horse or walked into a room.
Gabriel Evans
No, but he was chosen by God for a very important purpose. I'd say he's comparable to someone like David.
Alexander Reyes
As above so below
Jordan Gomez
