The women I work with are paid better on average, never stay late, always complain anytime they're asked to, take any hiccup personal, demand to work from home and I've witnessed more than one set-up character assassinations of other employees over something like a disagreement. The problem is weak male employers deluding themselves into thinking whatever skill they're bringing is worth it long run, it is not.

I'm actually in the process of being fired (they gave me notice which is nice I guess) because I wouldn't stay late and work weekends. Of course, this is not the official reason, but it is the real reason, they expect me to pick up 4-5 hours on either Saturday or Sunday and to pull 10-11 hour days M-F and I decided I wasn't going to do it

I've been to many schools, worked at a hostel for years, hitchhiked around the country, worked at many different places with many different kinds of people. Met literally hundreds and hundreds of women on more than a passing level of conversation. Dated some of them.

The smartest ones I met, this includes women with degrees in STEM, seem less intelligent to me than a lot of average guys I've met. I consider the difference in intelligence between genders to be greater than that of the difference in intelligence between races. at least I can reason with a black man from time to time outside of the realm of emotional appeal.

Oh of course, I've been doing that for some time because I saw it coming from a mile away. I was actually hired on with 4 other people and got to watch them all get fired one by one for various reasons over the course of 6 months. Here's a story: I worked at a sales gig where two women ran the company while the CEO jerked off and spent money all day. One chick was director for east accounts and one was director for west accounts and both oversaw teams of about 20 people. We had a company wide incentive program rolled out where we'd get bonused and earn extra PTO time based off of points for doing various things and the other team was cheating. The way records of the scoring was kept vs. how accounts are tracked myself and two teammates who had been burned compiled evidence. Our director kept saying 'I knew they were cheating!' and 'that's just awful and so unfair' but refused to do anything about it and asked us to go to the CEO instead (which is a death sentence so none of us did it, he had an office but you did not discuss work with him or interrupt his precious time). Another time I caught the other region cheating on acquisitions, bringing in product and changing the price/value of it in their favor; my director told me that I should confront the other director because she couldn't do anything about it (the teams regularly flipped so getting on her bad side would just mean I'd have been fired in a month or two). Ended up quitting because the place was so fucking terrible

There's parity between my performance and the performance of others because we're in a shit time of the year for our business but they argue that my performance is not up to par and it really is at their discretion. No real way to fight it sadly

I have worked in plenty of jobs where females were the the majority and none of this shit occurs. There was no "sleep with me or get punished" stuff going on, there wasn't even any overt flirting happening. Coworkers on the same level would have flings, but a female boss never dated or "used" a subordinate. Why would a stronk female want to sleep with some bottom of the rung dude and put her job in jeopardy? Not to say it doesn't happen, but the boss is more likely going to look for equals (or superiors) in the company or in other careers.

very similar thing happened to me at my minimum wage cuck job at jcpenney's. most of the guys were chill but the women were god awful. so much backstabbing, drama, and hatred for each other. and it was always drama over guys they liked. the constant flirting. didn't help when some guys joined in just get an easy bang. their entire lives ruined when word got out X was fucking Y. my god those days where miserable. women quickly formed social circles like high school / middle school. some men joined those circles because of hunting for the puss and just enabled them more. and all of this was before the 2016 election and trump even tossing his hat into the ring. i realized years ago women and men just cannot work together in the work place. and it isn't because of men, its because of women. they can barely work with each other.

I like working with women who are competent, but they are few and far between in IT. I had one former co-worker who I loved but our work basically shit on me. Despite working longer at a job, having more education and even her saying it wasn't right, a HR Director feminazi basically said that it was unfair that I made more than her. So she raised her salary, paused my raises until we restructured and basically pit me and her against each other in the manager spot. I left the company, much to my coworkers displeasure. When asked why I decided to leave, despite doing so well, I told them directly why, and that shocked them a bit. I didn't burn a bridge, but still.

So its not women in the workplace, its nu-male company managers that higher their friends that arent qualified in hopes of sleeping with them.

You're only legally required to do the work that is in your contract. If literally nobody is reaching the targets within the timeframe provided then the company is the one that has a lower position if legal action is taken.
If you tell people that they are only going to work 50hrs then give them 70hrs of work then fire them if they don't increase their working hours to 70hrs there is practically no defence. The company has breached contract in an extremely obvious way. Baiting people into high labour jobs is a serious crime.

It's actually really common and to the best of my knowledge entirely legal in most places in the US. We're employed at their will and can be fired at any time for nearly any reason but if there's a discriminatory reason and you can prove it you have a case; I don't believe we have any protections as far as you're talking about unless some states have specific clauses designed to prevent it

No, I've seen it too, not in the same way or at as high of a level, but we hired a tester on another project who was hot in the conventional sense, i.e. she was orangeish, caked in makeup, wore shirts to emphasize her titties and had to be told not to wear yoga pants to work. A lot of companies throw in an 'unpaid overtime is legit here.' clause in the contact. At which point it's your own fault for being a stupid fool and signing it. The best way to look at a contract is to add any hours of unpaid overtime to the initial hours and divide the money properly so that you can see if the job is still worth the money you'll get. Often the answer is no and it was just bait.
However if the company didn't put the unpaid overtime clause or even a regular overtime clause then you can sue their balls off. For example if the contract doesn't mention overtime at all they can't detain you for even a second after your hours end without breaking the law.

I have a more cynical view of it in the workplace. The one I've seen was not looking for the attention of a particular strong man, she was just using the weak ones to her own benefit. She had a fiance the whole time, and while I would certainly not put it past her to fool around on anyone, he was a chad when I met him, so I don't think she was looking for a superior man among the beta male software developers of our office. I'm pretty sure she just didn't want to do her work and knew she could get it for free if she just squeezed her tits together and spoke nicely.
