they spread it to their families and in some cases friends. aids/hiv is a series of diseases. saying it requires blood exchange is wrong since not all of them have the same vectors. you can get it from salvia of a few . they talk about aids as if it was a singular disease and say it would take a liter of saliva but thats not true. its known that with some versions of aids family members contract it with minimal contact. so mersa level vectors may even be a thing. its not different strains of the same virus its a series of completely different diseases with similar symptoms.
