Race is pretty much a big family. Most aspects are inherited, but every once in a while there's an exception.

You can't value a people by their worst individuals, neither can you with the best. You work with averages and while nigerians compared to the rest of the african continent are considered to be pretty clever, they're not close to any western nation.
Just because you can find a couple of outliers doesn't invalidate statistical averages. If your own IQ weren't so low you might understand that.
