I have lived in NC all my life and it is definitely not the best state, but it's good. I would rather live in a colder region like New York. Cold = higher iq and lower body fat percentage (regardless of race).

I do like being able to run around with my shirt off half the year though, and we do have some pretty sweet sports teams.
