Go to the gym at least three times a week, and fill the other days with physical activity as well.
Take up one of the following physical hobbies to do on off days:

If you do not participate in at LEAST one of these activities, you should seriously reconsider. Many of them are easy to pick up and have a thriving social community surrounding them. It is way healthier (mentally/socially) to supplement gym time with natural or social activities that also keep you physical.

Prepare yourself for The Big Happening. Do you have enough food and water to survive two weeks in total isolation? Do you have enough toilet paper, toothpaste, soap, etc to survive total isolation for a month?

Stop watching any kind of pornography. That includes soft porn or erotica. That should be the ultimate goal for you. You should understand that nothing in life is for free. Watching sexually arousing materials teaches your brain an easy and free way to satisfy one of the strongest needs: sexual need. Enchiridion of Epictetus is fantastic and only takes about an hour to read but it's really concise in its message. I've also read Meditations and Seneca's Dialogues + Letters from a Stoic. It's all great stuff to get your mind thinking down different paths. I hardly get angry or stressed about anything anymore.
Currently re-reading Thoreau's Walden which I read once a year.

I'm going to complain about the multi-hour gym sessions again, although now you are at least not explicitly saying you should spend 2-3 hours a day at the gym, like you did before. 60 minutes is perfectly enough for the average guy and more than that is wasting your time and you are probably on a terrible program too. I just ate a huge serving of a stew/soup I made two days ago. I make a pot every four days. It included: potatoes, lentils, beans, carrots, onions, cauliflower and some other shit I can't remember. Veggies only, it spoils quicker if you add meat to it. It was fucking delicious and filling as fuck. And now you're telling me I shouldn't be eating it?

I also eat fruit like bananas, apples and oranges daily. Fucks sake, seems I can't eat anything without somebody telling me its bad for me. But then again, I am slav, not a drop of Nordic blood in me.

I don't have much persepective for milsurp because it's getting a little overpriced for what it is now. I did buy a Remshit .308 with scope for $260 though and can say it's perfectly accurate and reliable. I've used it for one deer hunting season.
