It really isn't "market socialism", all the production comes from Special Economic Zones (SEZ's) which are districts with special rules set up for unbridled capitalism.
Plus they permit practices that even their citizens aren't going to tolerate once they've risen out of poverty, like dumping pollutants into the local environment and ruining everyone's quality of life.
