In my opinion, Trump should have ignored these lower court judges a long time ago.
The transgender ban should have been continued and Trump should have just laughed and told the military to ignore the unlawful injunctions placed on the military.
Sorry but the Constitution doesn't grant any right for the judicial branch to rule the military in any way much less interfere in the chain of command.
Trump should ignore the Bush judge's ruling. He doesn't even need to respond to the judge's demand to give him a reason because there's no legal requirement to give any reason for revoking an executive order or memo.
However, with Sessions still as AG, I doubt Sessions will let Trump do that so we can only hope for emergency appeal to the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court to make an emergency ruling before 90 days or get granted an emergency stay.
In an ideal world and a functioning Congress that remembers its constitutional duties, this Bush judge would be impeached before 90 days are up.
Biggest mistake the Founding Fathers made for rogue activist judges is just giving them impeachment as punishment. They should replace impeachment with prison time.
Let's see how many judges decide to make unconstitutional rulings when it means automatic prison.
