I don't think you have a realistic alternative, given the context of history and the state of technology, and basic human morality. At best you can have a kind of civic nationalism that is resolute in both its commitment to a system of equal rights under law (without childishly demanding men themselves be equal), and in allowing the dignity of ethnic groups to exist in their natural state, unbound by the increasingly failed, synthetic, and totalitarian dictates of radical intergrationist and progressive policies. Which is not to make an argument against integration, just the more unrealistically idealistic and extremist aspects.

In recent years it seems very obvious to me that marxist groups have become dedicated to a kind of noxious rhetoric that seeks to paint the government itself as a white institution (actually the most integrated government on the planet, arguably the first and only true one of its kind) which is inherently racist in its implementation. Black conservatives are a good thing against this. You see the extremists calling for the seizure of white property, in earnest without any sense of 1945 irony.
