op here, it's really easy, just use one of the pics I posted as a template and adjust your pic accordinly, then just go to the modding tab ingame and load your pic as hair
I should have made some parts here more transparent though etc, it has been a while

I first saw some user doing this here like a year ago, he has never posted again, but this is such a great idea, I thought it should be kept alive
just download super deepthroat and load the pic as hair, then adjust the character skin to fit the pic

Yo op I started doing this years ago. Awesome to see someone else continue it.. Sadly I was permabanned on my pc for some reason or another and can no longer share the work. Keep it alive! Protip: IF u use the template but move the head over closer to the right side, you can actually get cum over the face layer. U jend up getting the ear from the cartoon layer, but just copy and paste the real ear area onto the normal template location and match it up. Its wonderful

you should create a cloured layer underneath to detect these remaining tranparent areas
also on the right side of the face, you shuld make the eraser 100%hard, so it won'T get transparetn aswell and get rid of the black

if you want to make vids aswell, you shoud try to adjust the body skin to the face
you can also adjust the face skin beforehand if you see, that it has too much contrast or a bad coulour
now go, create some smut

one last thing, you have to be carful with the nose especially, not to make the wrong parts transparent
if you already did and cant reverse with cntrl+z anymore, you can easily reverse it with the stamp in photoshop
