Tried it out and yeah the lack of options with customizing layers and the cheap way of showing what the cum layer looks like (You should really get to see the pic that the cum was copied from to understand the right perspective).

Where’s a good place to find templates?

Just find a cumshot picture, and make the template on the pic you want to shop.

My way of doing them step-by step:
1. Find a cumshot picture that roughly matches the alignment of the person you want shopped.
2. Use the LASSO TOOL to select the cum layer (DO NOT use quick mask brushes, blur, feather or anything that could distort the selection!)
3. Duplicate the background image
4. Paste the layer and adjust it into position. Warp is usually frowned upon but if you are conservative with it I think it can work wonders.
5. When layer is in position, go to Image -> Adjustments -> Match color
5.1 Source: The pic you want shopped. Layer: Background
6. Having the cum layer selected (Ctrl + click on layer image), go to Select -> Modify -> Contract.. (Anywhere from 2-8 depending on the resolution, usual amounts are 3-5 for me)
7. Now with the selection still on, switch to the duplicate background layer and hit delete (this is why we need a duplicate layer)
8. Then select both the cum layer and the duplicate, and go to Edit -> Auto-Blend Layers.. And use the Panorama with Seamless Tones And Colours selected.
9. Now with the both layers still selected, Right click on one and Merge Layers, then Select Inverse (either Select -> Inverse, or right click on image with any selection tool and Select Inverse..)
10. Click Refine Edge on the top centre of the screen, and use Smooth, Feather, And Shift Edge to make the selection less sharp.
11. Hit delete, and you should have successfully made a layer of cum :P
