It's like how a punch has as much momentum as a bullet, but there's a vast difference in lethality between the 2.

Electrician here. You don't need a science degree to know what will happen. People have died from tazers and if she receives the current for long enough she will die from organ failure (lungs/heart/brain get "burnt"). The lethality of electricity ultimately depends on whether it's AC or DC. DC is virtually harmless, even at high voltages. AC on the other hand is quite dangerous (0.2 amps is enough to kill an adult male). Voltage is equal to the current times the resistance (V=IR), its silly to say "voltage matters" or that "it's the current that kills".
