I took a sociology class way back and appartently it has to do with the railroads and all the hobos getting off thinking it’s seattle. Also going through the rocky mtns you might be willing to say fuck the cascades Spokane is fine. It has a large native population which is just as violent if not more than niggers. They also banned malt liquor downtown to combat this behavior.
