Nothing. That graph is bullshit. The world didn't went to shit because of christianity, it went to shit becuse the Roman empire was allways in civil war, and because a change in weather that fucked up crops.
The morals of the pagans were horrible; might makes right basically

The real dark ages was under the Roman Empire.

>The morals of the pagans were horrible; might makes right basically
You can't reason with the mongs. Also there was:
>inflation induced by trade on the same routes with China, the solidus mitigated it
>invasions from Germanics
>invasions from the east
>Huns
>internal division
>clash of cultures as now Caracalla makes everyone a citizen, which creates massive cultural diffusion and no social responsibility like before
>tetrarchies, pretenders, and triarchies tearing each other up constantly
But you know, just Christianity did all of that.

dont shit yourself, fedora

>analitic geometry
>Pascal and Eurel were Christians

I was wondering how long this would take to appear

>We're almost at the levels of Mu

fascinating.

>The world
Sorry, unfortunately the world isn't only europe. That graph is kinda true actually, but ONLY in europe. Anything outside europe were enjoying the Golden Age like Abbasid Caliphate in mideast or Tang China in Asia.

Ignore it. That chart was made by a Muaboo. Mu was nowhere near as advanced as the Centaurians.

We'd still be worshiping Deus Pater(Jupiter) and would have white gods.

Dark Age doesn't mean what you thinks it means. A Dark Age is something like the end of the Bronze Age when we have literally no idea what happened in that period of time and have little to absolutely no written sources in the general time frame. We have thousands of primary sources from the Medieval Era and we know precisely what happened where and when throughout all of Europe. Therefore it is not a dark age. Further, the emphasis on scientific advancement is just backpedaling by people who can't admit that their worldview is fundamentally wrong. They believe the Medieval Era is a period of no technological progress whatsoever, political and social oppression, and just general doom and gloom and death because of evil religion. When evidence is presented showing how absolutely fucking stupid that is, they restrict their criteria to an irrationally specific level so that they can maintain their worldview.

There were significant advances in the arts (painting, sculpting, mosaics), architecture (the architectural practices that went into Gothic Cathedrals were only to be replaced when steel had its rise in the 19th century), agricultural advances (heavy plough + horse collar + horse shoe allowed rapid agricultural development in formerly inarable landscapes and exponentially increased production in formerly arable landscapes), and military technology. If you want a good book that shows just how intelligent these people were, go read On Divers Arts. It's a translated sort of instruction manual from the 12th century to do a multitude of things from painting to glasswork to metallurgy and carpentry.

TL;DR this graph is fake and gay and I diagnose you with homosex

A thread being moved to Jow Forums?
Wow, must be a pretty shit thread

It is a little weird

This graph is subjective and seems like bullshit.

>Raiding the neighbouring village with your homies and raping all their blond and blueeyed woman just to have your bastard son do the same to your village 35 years later

more of this meme?

why are no flags?
It wouldn't be better without Christianity

>Christianity creates, inspires and funds the greatest works of art ever created by man's hands
>Creates morality
>Creates the west

>Atheists who create nothing but problems smell their own farts 24/7

Truly shows that pagans are superior to sand religions.

That's funny, many Jews hate Christ too. Hey you wouldn't happen to be Jewish would you?

Wow, So in all that time while Europe was imprisoned by evil Christianity, Africa still couldn't invent anything?

Awful think of all the usury we’d have lost out on

>not comparing with actual civilization

>creates morality

>taking credit for the diseased whore that is the west
why?
>making me reply

rundown plz

>>Creates morality
>>Creates the west
Probably the dumbest thing I've ever read on Jow Forums.

This only happened in Europe btw. Why was there no other scientific advances in that period? Because nobody was doing anything!

At least Europeans were advancing in other ways at the time.

>BRAAAAPP *huff huff* mmm....

Dark ages is a myth from your gay Marxist Jewish college professor.

Christianity gave us Christendom, the greatest civilisation the world has ever known.
Europe and America etc. were strong when we were Christian. It (inc. the people) all went downhill when Christianity was attacked and removed.

Attached: 8hBGTe8hNao.jpg (698x662, 147K)

The 10 commandments are an adaptation from Hammurabi's Code. The Greeks and Romans who CREATED the West were also not Christians.
At the time they actually had white(not Jewish) gods.
>Well-attested myths of the Proto-Indo-Europeans include a myth involving a storm god who slays a multi-headed serpent that dwells in water, a myth about the Sun and Moon riding in chariots across the sky, and a creation story involving two brothers, one of whom sacrifices the other to create the world. The Proto-Indo-Europeans may have believed that the Otherworld was guarded by a watchdog and could only be reached by crossing a river. They also may have believed in a world tree, bearing fruit of immortality, either guarded by or gnawed on by a serpent or dragon, and tended by three goddesses who spun the thread of life.

The dark ages is a myth created by atheist cucks.

Exactly. Also it does not uses any units to measure "scientific progress"

What are the Units for "scientific progress"?

Newtons? Ohms?

If this chart is even somewhat realistic :
>Roman should go up then stagnate, late Rome was not as technologically advanced as anyone else
>Christian Dark Ages would be stagnant as well
Then it would start going back up at Renaissance.
The meme that 'Christianity' caused the Dark Age is stupid -- christianity retained much of the knowledge because they were among the few who could actually read.

This
OP is an illiterate nigger that couldn’t read non-marvel comics even if his life depended on it.
Fucking fedoras man

NOW THIS IS WHAT IM LOOKING, OBLIGATORY pic for every retard OP's .

You haven't read Thomas Aquinas or Augustine of Hippo, I see

Sounds comfy

Looks like a bunch of fancy religious art and no real tech advances

I want my flag to be unknown too

how do I do that?

What a retard. Say hi to Reddit for me, you cringe-inducing fuck

>masonry (as in stone building, you paranoid fedora), steelwork, architecture and engineering are just fancy religious art

>Strawmanning this hard

Not only that, Galileo was persecuted for literally calling the Pope a simpleton in his books

By kysing you're's'elf

>doesn’t know the dark ages were a construct and it’s only about 1000 years since the fall of Rome.

>implying Augustine made any relevant ontological arguments whatsoever
>implying what Aquinas says in the Summa Theologica and his Quinque viae aren't just begging the principle with Aristotelian logic

Worse. Christianity kept us from reverting back to tribals after the collapse. The tech we lost was always going to be lost because it was unimportant in the new order.

>'Scientific advance'
>Doesn't even label both axes
>No justification for each era's level

Fuckin hell OP if you're gonna bait at least put some effort in

christianity was created by a jew

>being that much of a pinhead fedora brainlet so as not to understand them
Don't you have a school to go Timmy?

more like a god in the form of a jew

plenty of gods transformed into animals for specific purposes you big silly

the cause of the collapse of the roman empire was leftism, godlessness, and shitskin foreigners invading

not HURR LOL CHRISTIANITY

this is coming from an atheist

>y-you don't understand them
I understand those charlatans perfectly. Try reading the shit they wrote with some critical thinking next time and you'll see it makes zero sense without loads of ad hoc argumentation and presupposing the existence of magic.

Attached: 1524707343042.png (310x395, 182K)

>ad-hoc argumentation and presupposing the existence of magic
By that metric, anything older than Descartes doesn't make it past the bar

Standard atheist fedorgumentation. Just throw a lot of buzzwords and baseless shit around and hope some of it sticks. It's even funnier because you actually believe your pathetic straw mans.

Go back to your circle jerk in r/fedora.

^ This.

Is like trying to find a fundamental truth in the hermetic corpus.
Yeah is a cool reading and all... But is not different of any other myth.

Those who think that studying thelogy you can "actually prove" the existence of god are retarded brainlets.

You just take some words and change their meaning.
> Yeah I'm talking about evidence, proof and logical conclusion... But is not the evidence, proof and logical conclusion of the scientific method or the empiricism philosophy. Is a "different sort" of evidence, proof and logical conclusion.

Fuck off.

How the fuck is this political.
What nigger board sent this here

Kek, none of classical philosophers came even close to resorting to the sheer amount of fallacies Aquinas did, which is not surprising since none of them had to justify the belief in a Jewish zombie.

Bertrand Russell made the same criticism:

>He does not, like the Platonic Socrates, set out to follow wherever the argument may lead. He is not engaged in an inquiry, the result of which it is impossible to know in advance. Before he begins to philosophize, he already knows the truth; it is declared in the Catholic faith. If he can find apparently rational arguments for some parts of the faith, so much the better; if he cannot, he need only fall back on revelation. The finding of arguments for a conclusion given in advance is not philosophy, but special pleading. I cannot, therefore, feel that he deserves to be put on a level with the best philosophers either of Greece or of modern times.

>being too much of a brainlet to grasp basic rhetorical jargon

Why is it that all these "muh science" people can't tell me what they used for a quantifiable unit of "scientific advancement" on the y axis?

the magician never reveals his tricks ;)
but I'd assume it wouldve been their own egos on the y-axis

Wrong. The scientific revolution was Christian.

The Scientific Revolution which came before the ''enlightenment'' was the laid groundwork for those positive developments people now attribute solely to the ''age of enlightenment'' ... European Christians already had made the realisations that lead to technological advancement and higher material living standards & improvements.

As mentioned Christians developed architecture and art that was unparalleled and entered new heights. But also Christendom was head and shoulders above other civilisations. It was unique (inc. cathedrals, classical music, monasteries, libraries, science, morals/behaviour etc.)

God is a loving God, you have your free will, you can choose.
God is also a just God, who follows his own laws and people will be held accountable for their choices (and sins, they willingly/knowingly commit).
If they follow Satan in life on earth (whether they believe in Satan or not), then they will join Satan in death for eternity.

This isn't hard, and nothing unusual or strange in this, it is very consistent. Makes perfect sense.... unless you're an atheist/satanist it seems :/

Especially not with an omnipotent and omniscient creator.

I'm fairly certain that fedorafags never had a father or father figure in their life, else they'd understand what the Father's love actually is.

The romans declined because of their own decadence. Christianity is actually the heir of the roman empire and it adopted a lot of greek and roman philosophy. Aristotle and Plato are fundemental to christian theology.

This graph is basically the whig view of history, the progressive view of history. It's just an assumption that the technological progress we have now is going to continue forever. Yes, even the last 200 years of exponential growth mean nothing in the grand scheme of things. We can see from the past that civilizations rise and fall (and so does scientific progress).

It's always Italians who get humanity out of shit, thanks Italians.

The Christian view toward Jews has been very consistent for 2000 years, it is only in the C.20th that this has changed.
They are not the chosen people of God, they stopped being 'chosen' ones after rejecting Christ as the Messiah and Son of God.
Christians are now Gods chosen people/children.

Current Jews (those with deep hatred), are Talmudic Jews, not those of the Old Testament. Most converted in the C.1st.
Those who rejected are those who followed the Pharisees ...and we know how Jesus fought the Pharisees.
Atheists always ally with (((them))) against Christians.

How much better would life have been if Christianity never cucked?

>would life have been if Christianity never existed?

Yes there is. You clearly have never read and understood the Bible.
You can choose to sin, you can choose to follow Satan. But don't expect that your choices are without consequences and Satan won't come with the bill at the end.

God will not flood the earth again (he promised he wouldn't after Noah, and God keeps His promises/covenants). But your immortal soul, is in your hands.

I don't think it's necessarily christianity in general, but specifically the monks who wrote over archimedes' calculus book. They did a thing that showed he invented calculus almost a millennium before newton or leibniz and when he got taken they siezed his books and erased the pages and used them for books written by monks in a monastery. Anyways it's hard to tell if the world would be better in the future anyways, lookin like its gonna be browner and we know that's not good.
