They need a political banner to rally around that represents them, empowers them, and safeguards them, while encouraging an egalitarian society based in tradition, heritage, and faith, while melding the stronger aspects of Democracy, Socialism, Theocracy, Laissez-faire Capitalism, and Fascism, and weeding out the weaknesses within each system.
I'm working on my own system, but my system is specific the the strengths and weakness of my own people. This is key: if you want people to fall in love with an ideology, tailor it to their reality. This is how Marxism and National Socialism spread. Make the ideology feel like a familar warm part of them, and they will become part of the ideology and teach it to their children.
