Women are completely and utterly incompetent

What truly annoys me with female doctors, lawyers, politicians and lawyers is that they are not solution-oriented at all - they only care about emotions.

For example, while going to the doctor after breaking my leg, the doctor was more concerned with how much breaking a leg hurts, than actually dealing with the issue at hand. In other words, she was unproductive and didn't help me at all.

Another example, my dad's lawyer was more concerned with showing empathy towards him and defending his feelings than building a defence - he got 12 years in jail because of her incompetence.

Last example, the Norwegian ministry of employment had a speech the other day where she showed empathy towards the unemployed instead of having a solution for the growing unemployment problem.

Just to be clear, women shouldn't have positions of power because they are completely and utterly incompetent. And showing empathy is not altruism - you're not dealing with the issue at hand.

women in the work place is a fucking meme and anyone who works with them know they do 1/3 the production and bitch non stop.

I work with executives and Boards. Women waste everyone's time, make work last longer, and make us worry about lawsuits despite them being the ones who are almost always inappropriate in their actions in the workplace. There's a reason almost every woman senior executive is a CMO, and it isn't because they are good at marketing. It's because marketing is an insulated silo where we just don't need to interact with them as much. Since we need to get around the bullshit legal quotas somehow, that's the way to do it. I will say more often than not Asians seem to be exceptions to this rule of complete uselessness.

I work at a concert venue and we need women on every shift to keep tabs on the women's restroom.
Lemme let you guys in on a secret.
It doesn't matter what color a woman is, she will WRECK a public restroom without any fear, embarrassment, or empathy for who has to clean up after (in this case, other women).
They've found pairs of pants just loaded up with shit and abandoned, women have shit on the floors and then smeared it around the entire bathroom with their feet before tracking shit on the carpet out the door, sometimes one woman by herself will use 2-3 rolls of toilet paper, so the stalls need to be restocked ~every 30 minutes.
From the time the doors open to the time we close, the women's bathroom is a perpetual war zone.
