One thing that's wrong with it is that the cosmic microwave background is uniform, which shouldn't be possible given how fast the universe is expanding unless we invent stupid ideas like inflation, which predicts that magnetic monopoles exist even though they've never been observed.
It's a mess really, because the only real evidence that suggests expansion is the redshifted galaxies, and EVEN THIS could be caused by something else like cosmic time dilation (speed of light changing over time). The fact that they cling to the Expansion narrative like dogma reflects how pathetic and uncreative modern physicists are conditioned to be by academia.

There's plenty of evidence of electrons, protons, and nuclear interaction. There's geigeer counters, spark gap detectors, bubble chambers, and vapor cloud chambers. The earth is bombarded by cosmic rays that make extremely short lived exotic matter. They calculate the mass of particles by applying a known magnetic field and measuring thee deflection of the accelerating particle and can calculate it's relative mass.

As for the second law of thermodynamics... yeah this is a common one. The number of people who don’t understand the second law is depressing. Entropy will always increase within a CLOSED system. This has been happening since the universe began. Eventually, the heat death of the universe may occur.
