I dont think I could suck a dick in front of my wife so a swingers club is probably not gonna work out. I dunno.

Lmao, that's such a cherry pick.

>the american dream is dead because a bunch of wealthy people all decide to live on a peninsula together
dumb post

It was always a meme

"Thanks for blaming that black guy for all your troubles."

[mutters under his breath "Stupid fucking Americans."

1913

the american dream is dead in places like CA / NY. liberal rich cucks jacked the price of everything up so everything is about triple what the price should be.

from January 2000 to July 2006, during Bush NWO leader's Housing Bubble, home prices surged 900%

Avg price of house around 1998 before globalisation and free-trade went full swing
>$180k in NYC (boros)
>$170k in SF
>$150k in LA
>$120k in DC
>$140k in Sydney
>$120k in Melbourne
>$140k in Toronto
>$130k in Vancouver
>£50k in London

Avg price of house after 2004 massive free-trade/open-borders
>$800k in NYC (boros)
>$1m in SF
>$600k in LA
>$500k in DC
>$900k in Sydney
>$700k in Melbourne
>$600k in Toronto
>$1m in Vancouver
>£1m in London
---------------------------------------------------------
before free trade:
>domestic production of goods
>goods were affordable and of high quality
>lowest cost of living
>affordable housing (house costs only 2 times the annual salary)
>90% white

after free trade:
>homeless/opiod/suicide epidemic/white genocide
>unemployment
>highest cost of living
>unaffordable housing (10-20 times the annual salary)
>plummeting life expectance
>shit quality products that kill you
>millions of illegal shitskin locusts invading and killing whites

That is the worst cherry pick I have seen. You can easily buy a house better than that for under $400k. Or, what in London would cost over 4 mill GBP, at a good price.

$5,000 that the memeflag is a Britbong.

>Living in a cuck shed in the most cucked state in the union.

There was never such a thing. It was made up to bait people from Europe to come over and to enrich the American economy

>come over and to enrich the American economy
no it was because the Dems needed more voters

remember those /comfy/ tv shows ?

it didn't you're just poor

What do you expect? It's Palo Alto, literally some of the most expensive real estate on Earth is there because of all the tech companies headquartered there.

Don't live in the bay area, simple solution. There's plenty of other places to live with jobs that don't cost you like this.

Yes, a crash is coming. 6 months ago I said within 5 years, but then the tax cuts, thankfully, fucked home owners in NY and CA. I think those two markets will dip pretty soon as demand is already falling behind supply. I don't know about a 2009 style crash. I think we were heading there, and we still might, but we have to see how quickly NY and CA decline. It the decline is small, and then there is a recovery, I stand by my five year prediction.

A good reason too

Wow what a deal!

>It was always a meme
the american meme?

>Palo Alto is one of the five most expensive cities in the United States[11] [12] [13] to live in and its residents are among the highest educated in the country.[14]

cherry picking

My house is bigger than that and I bought it for $80,000

>implying California by any means is American.

>Palo Alto
There is your fucking problem.

California has too many inhabitants and not enough houses, so the price per house goes through the roof.

It's probably because of all the retards moving there to smoke weed and pretend to be actors.

looks like utter shit. you have no taste

When we ran out of frontier, and the Wild West died. Little to no Fed. Govt. Control, justice was determined by the people in the community. People lived and died by their own mettle, god-fearing and what not. Property rights were held in the purest way possible, by force and might.

105K a year
Where the fuck are the people who work at Walmart supposed to live?

>family moved to america in 1999
>parents bought $120k house in 2000
>house is now worth 380k
>wages are the same they were in 2000

Whelp, at least I will inherit it some day.

That literally looks like a church converted into a fucking house... and it probably is.

pile of wood and windows

Really lol? That's average in CA. Wife and I were looking at housing recently just in San Jose, even homes with no windows, toilets, total dump, out in the middle of nowhere still go for a solid 400K.

Fuck off

It is, I am in Texas and all the houses are made out of plywood and cardboard. I could punch through a wall with little effort.

liberal shit holes are expensive. my neighbor just had a new modular 3bd house put on 10 acres for a grand total of $85k

>Ambridge-PA
no thanks

in 1974.
Hard mode started in in 1983 in cali.

This

>>$170k in SF
>>$150k in LA
bullshit. put down the dick and try a little harder, cuck

when we flooded our country with nonwhites

minimum wages don't get the best houses. aim higher than Walmart for a career.

>people from Europe to come over and to enrich the American economy
lol...niggers could have done a better job than the jews in eurofagland, klaus

They don't get any houses in California, they live in cars

>When did the American dream die?
It didn't, it's just that the people who dreamt of it either reached it or died off. Ask current generations why they have different, twisted dreams.

That's honestly not that bad, especially that area is extremely high class. I live in Palo Alto as well and my house and every house on my street is valued @ over 1 million. The point is no poorfags are allowed and only those making at least 6 figures and likely working in investment banking/IT would be able to afford it. Its location is also perfect for people that fly out a lot as you are within 20 minutes of SFO and SJIA and don't have to deal with the costs of living in the city.

>They don't get any houses in California, they live in cars
stupid people often make stupid choices.

Commiefornia is in no way indicative of anything going on in the real world.

kek that cardboard box house costs like 30 k to make

>new modular 3bd house
trailer without wheels

California isn't the "American dream" it's America's nightmare.

Everyone always says this, "just get a better job bro" but what happens when there is no one to work in the wal mart and she shelves are empty? Then it would bother you huh? Low end jobs are vital, day to day life would screech to a halt if these people stopped going to work. Maybe we should focus more on improving condidions for everyone instead of trying to crawl to the top ontop of eachother like crawfish trying to escape a pot.

When the Jews put a hit on JFK and killed him.

You still need some people to work at walmart. Or else corporate walmart makes no money.

You always need lower class people in society.

You think someone's just gonna drop 1M on ya for working harder? It's literally entrepreneur or bust. Nobody is going to pay you more if they don't have to, has nothing to do with working harder.

>Being a normal working class guy is a choice

The elite hate us, that is the only explanation for why they think such outrageous prices compared to such low wages are acceptable.

Walmart would either increase pay or go out of business. America did just fine before Walmart, I'm sure we'd survive without it.
The real problem is we have a generation of people who don't think they have to start at the bottom like everyone else did. You don't get high end wages at your first job and your first house certainly won't be equal to someone that is buying their 4th house at 50. Sometimes you have to drive a clunker for a couple years before you can get that new BMW.

The new policy of the white elite is to just kill the white working class and replace them with cheaper substitutes
.

It's the school district shit that make house and property taxes so much.
Fuck that !
If you want your shit kids to go to school then pay for it yourself you lecherous fucks.
And if you "whaaaa don't have duh moneies" for your rat shit kids to go to school then you should have not had them in the first place.
Fuck you.
You get the fucking financially based Darwin award .

That is still a very rare sight.

This.

Attached: 18960415.jpg (900x658, 250K)

When Walmart first opened it was rare to see anyone over age 22. Only managers where older.
It was part time work for high school and college kids. NOT a career.

No one normal is ever going to afford a BMW without massive amounts of debt

Most people don't have enough savings for a few hundred dollar expenditure

Fuck, Trump wasn’t kidding when he tweeted to buy real estate six years ago.

This

You could open a Subway store for less than a college degree. Why don't you do that and pay your employees $45/hr.

The killshot was in the Reagan era, it just took time to get the middle class to expire.

>No one normal is ever going to afford a BMW without massive amounts of debt
depends on where you spend your money. They probably cannot afford one if they are paying $1500/m rent. That is 4x my mortgage payment.

>any bulding with a permanent foundation
Trailer without wheels.

It never died you fucking idiot. You just don't know how to make money in the 21st century.

The American dream has nothing to do with owning a home, and if you think it does then you aren't a American.
Sage

Hilarious how each time u dipshits recreate this same post, u use California as the example. California does not represent America. They are a bunch of fucking retards who don't know how to run a state people are abandoning the state in the millions

is that cartoon anti gold? gold is the exact antithesis of the fed

Are you retarded? Why the fuck are you looking to buy a house in the most expensive housing State, near a university?

Go get a house an Iowa for 35k if you are serious about buying a house.

wealthy foreigners buying property and sending profits to their homecountry

>1.5mil

Would unironically live here, those shelves are perfect for my thousands of dollars in anime figures. Unfortunately Ambridge is way north of my job, I could afford that just on small bonuses each month, wow.

Does this actually work in any big city?

It's Palo Alto, man. I live here, and there's nothing but evergreens, MILFs asses wrapped by Lululemon, and Stanford students. You get what you pay for.

Attached: 7F6808978C9B4089A737A9908A474F30.png (750x1334, 1.95M)

agreed.. I mortgaged 80 acres in northern MI while I was in the Navy. When I got out, I paid cash for a brand new mobile home to put on that land. I haven't had a house payment or rent since I was 24. My housing costs $900/yr in taxes.. that's all. With no house payments to make I was able to save and retire much earlier than most would ever dream.

It"s called american dream cause you have to be asleep

kek

Remember that real estate is the single largest source of inequality in the world.

Investments such as stocks etc have not outperformed income growth for regular people, whereas real estate has skyrocketed.

The "richest 1%" are mostly people whose wealth has spiked due to the valuation of their real estate holdings.

The solution, as with most problems plagueing modern Western societies, is to enforce immigration laws as they have been democratically enacted.

Attached: 1330054603739.jpg (293x208, 48K)

If you ignore all of history, like the role that energy and American imperialism (the petrodollar) played (and still plays), then yes (to a point).

No, 1% mainly make money out of stock market and dividends. Real estate is a terrible "investment". If real goes up 50% because of low interest rates, stocks go up 200%.

Attached: tenor.gif (220x335, 584K)

Attached: Interest-Rate-History.png (2628x1360, 166K)

>The solution, as with most problems plagueing modern Western societies, is to enforce immigration laws as they have been democratically enacted.

How the fuck does that apply to house flippers and money laundering (the real reasons real estate prices are so rampant)?

Either ways, letting Jews in was a mistake, although not a fatal one because at least in America which still has some sort of free speech, the gentiles are waking up to the (((scam))) very rapidly imo.

>Mr Rognlie finds that the growing share of national income deriving from capital income has not been distributed equally across all sectors. The return on non-housing wealth, in fact, has been remarkably stable since 1970 (see chart). Instead, surging house prices are almost entirely responsible for growing returns on capital.
economist.com/blogs/freeexchange/2015/03/wealth-inequality

Illegal immigrants and H1B visas have had a massive effect on real estate prices.
