Go for a run. Do a few pull ups too.

You look like haven't lifted a single weight in your life.
Advice: lift something

This is a pretty good guide to getting in better shape, and designed for Internet nerds

Eat more protein and lift weights. Your biceps are tiny cunt.

How to start?

If it isn't against the rules, sure.
Pls rate.
Thanks! It feels like for every book I finish I find three more that I want to read.
But I'm reading them in my own pace and have no need to hurry it, so it's all good.
Thanks based Dane

First of all you must realise that it will be hard, but you will be better off thanks too it.
Secondly, start working out. Find a good beginner's workout routine, and get started (I started with a more experienced friend so I can't recommend any good ones).
Then, find wholesome hobbies that involve improving either your mind or body. This depends on what you like. Personally I enjoy fishing, reading, sailing, kayaking and hiking.
Stop eating junk food and playing video games. Every once in a while, sure, but if you're like most of us, you could do with cutting down on that.
Also, start getting enough rest at night. This makes a huge difference. I shouldn't be up at this time honestly, and neither should you.

Post ass

Getting the body in shape without training the mind & spirit is masturbation & makes one no different than the degenerates of Jersey shore.
Report to link provided for mental/spiritual red pill to give one the reason for physical training.

>Stop believing in memes like "lose all ur gainz after 60 minutes of gym". Not even close to true. Look at all the greatest bodybuilders.

Obviously you aren't going to lose your gains, but you are better off sticking to like 30-45 min sessions for your testosterone. Bodybuilders use steroids.

>DO NOT EAT PORK IT DESTROYS YOUR STOMACH LINING AND INTESTINE WALLS.

lol ok Mohammed

I don't endorse everything in this image but most of it seems legit. I'd probably ignore the food pyramid.

Suggestion to all:

Do not look at any screen (your computer, phone, television) for an hour before going to sleep. It seriously fucks up your melatonin levels and degrades the quality of your sleep.

I've been doing Self improvement (on my own) for that last several years and this is one of the biggest things I've done so far (and I've done a ton of working out/better job/reading/meditating).

Seriously, it just gives you more time to read a book and vastly enhances everything.

Listen to the Joe Rogan podcast with PHD neurscientist and sleep researcher Matthew Walker if you want to learn more about how important this is.
