I was atheist, was meditating and I experienced first Self realization and next union with God.

It was a pretty particular experience, kinda weird, the union part was amazing, anyway i started a quest for religion after this, and no religion seemed true, though gnosticism seemed like a strong candidate.

After doing all of this, then meditate.

There's no reason why I should have to do that.
