We killed all the Baltic and Balkan savages in various religious wars and modernized the survivors. The closest thing to primitive white people would be Sami but these days (like the Inuit) they're modern. They were fairly traditional until maybe 100 years ago though. There are other sort-of-white-ish non-modern people living in some of the *stan countries. Not really white but that's the closest you will get.

Maybw the real question here i how did white people become the bringers of modernity?

Interesting. There are people around where I live who are traditional and live off the land, but they still seem to be modern people with a unique lifestyle. Is the same true of the sami or do they seem like dimwitted heathens?

I'm not sure I don't have any first hand knowledge, only what I've read. As another poster said they are kind of like Inuit, a mix of traditional and modern. I do believe they have some semi-autonomous lands in the northern areas of Finland Sweden Norway and maybe Russia.

The closest thing I can think of are the sami people, who are white, live in Europe, and still cling to to the old life style of herding reindeer. Youre not gonna find them barefoot with their tits hanging out cause they live in the Arctic. Everywhere in Europe the old lifestyles got absorbed by gradual expansion of the modern lifestyle.
