Hungary, Poland, and maybe Czechia are candidates for this. It's also possible that most or all of the Balkan and Baltic nations will be OK, as well. The furthest west in Europe I could think of, which has likely survivors, could be Alpine countries, such as Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Austria. Maybe even Italy and the Iberian countries have a chance, if they quickly get their acts together, but I think they are now too similar to France, which is still better than Britain and Sweden. Sadly, I think Ireland will end up the same as Britain.
