Somehow we keep entering new universes where the spelling is different but I never seem to reach a timeline where I'm a billionaire.
I think that the effect has something to do with frequencies and harmonics of our universe.

I swear a building I walk past on the work has changed recently. It was last week or so and my mind suddenly registered these keystones above some arches that I don't recall seeing (despite me walking this route for nearly a year).
Based on whats going on currently with trump I would say he's probably jumping timelines a lot. so we're getting more residuals.

Something I noticed is that the Steins;Gate anime came out in 2011, this could entirely be a result of it injecting the timeline theory within the collective unconscious (along with other popular time travel media.) Definitely something worth considering.
I’ve always seen it more as similar/sister timelines bumping into eachother and these little changes are what rubs off on each timeline.

But the years continue to create more inconsistencies at way too rapid a pace, and they're blatant ones. The surreal quality of the world over this last decade doesn't "feel" like the world I remember, on a personal note. When I look to benign stuff like photos and even videos of the past, then compare it to modern ones, something feels off.
It can't be proven, but at this point there's more evidence for than against. Assuming it's true, this new world is decidedly more sinister and chaotic. Something "good" or "right" was removed.
I don't think anyone in particular is willing it. I think people toyed with powers they shouldn't have on a grand scale, and it's causing instability over time. If this effect is real, it is not something controllable. It's akin to introducing a new law of physics.
I'm just happy there are still people from the old world who remember, and have that "goodness" in them. We'll all die off eventually, who knows what happens next?

I originally thought it was the reasoning behind the "what color is this dress" thing and then a friend of mine informed me it was more likely the result of blue light from electronics causing damage to our eyes.
