/QRD/ Mueller postponed the sentencing in the Flynn case....again. The order still stands for Mueller to produce all exculpatory evidence to Flynn's lawyers. The jduge in the case has effectively dismissed Flynn's plea deal, as part of it was that flynn would not have access to this evidence.
The judge in the Virginia district Manafort case questions whether Mueller even had the authority to indict Manafort and demanded Rosenstein's full unredacted memo outlining Mueller's specific authority. (They had previously tried to pass off what was essentially a black sheet of redactions as such, forgetting that a federal judge has basically every clearance.
In the Russian hacker case, Mueller tried to serve subpoenas to the Russian citizens but the Russian govt told him to fuck off. Furthermore one of the corporations in that indictment lawyered up, plead not guilty and demanded discovery from Mueller, whilst calling him a Pettifogger (The equivalent of "Fuck off, Jew.") They also asked for all evidence of US meddling in other elections for the last 50 years (Spoilers: It's been the US's MO for far longer than that.) Mueller got caught with his pants down and requested a delay. The judge told him to fuck off and cough up the discovery.
These are some serious legal blunders that, as rudy put it when talking about the leaked questions "Not even a first year prosecutor would make."
The Ukraine has also ceased cooperating with all manafort investigations, saying that they don't want to insult the US regime.
If you were OK with a 4-yr Benghazi investigation and a 2-yr Hillary email investigation, which both ended in 0 indictments, but you have a problem with a 14-month Russia investigation that already has 23 indictments, you are nothing but HYPOCRITE!

Now that it's painfully obvious that the FBI/DoJ have completely shit the bed, the question is who's going to pay for the sheets?
The selection of Reed Smith by the Russian defendant Concord Management is also a shrewd move by the Russians. >This is a powerhouse law firm, but they are not based in DC and They have offices world wide, but their first office is in Pittsburg. The lead attorney here is a very experienced guy. Historically it was the personal law firm of Andrew Carnegie and Carnegie Steel, which later became US Steel. >But it is a little known powerhouse lawfirm -- it is stocked with exceptionally talented attorneys who represent Fortune 500 companies worldwide. The lead attorney here, Eric Dubelier, has been involved mostly -- it seems from his firm bio -- in qui tam cases. Those are cases where government whistleblowers expose fraud and abuse being committed against government programs He's more than a match for Mueller's squad. The Reed Smith firm, backed by a Russian provided budget of millions if needed, will bury Mueller's 14 lawyer staff. >Now Judge Ellis' comments yesterday about Mueller having a $10 million budget are unexpectedly comical -- the Russians might spend 5x that much on Reed Smith's work...
>deep state investigates itself, finds no wrong doing This is such a weak ass line, it just highlights how corrupt those proceedings were, with a nice side effect of reminding us that Gowdy is all talk
Is Tucker Carlson a CIA spook? He says he applied to become an agent his senior year of college, but they turned him down >rich old money blue blood wasp >boarding school >rich kid college, Trinity >majored in Russian in the late 80s >"CIA turned me down" >proceeds to get primetime chairs at CNN, MSNBC, Fox News >takes over biggest spot in cable news >becomes poster boy for america first little suspicious t b h
but Tucker admits he applied. I assume he has to admit because he probably told everyone at college he applied and then once you get the job what are you supposed to say
>It all smacks of a typical Trump plan and drive them insane over months with a latter-day version of the chinese water torture. A long slow push of minimal moves to achieve the maximum outcome. >The net result is that instead of the investigation deligitimising Trump, it’s the investigation itself which has been deligitimised. Mueller has spent a year on a political goose chase and has come up with precisely nothing. It’s a sign of how successful Trump’s strategy of dealing with the whole situation has been that he’s now begun to openly taunt Mueller and the investigation on social media, calling it a witch hunt. Mueller is desperate, and looking for some way out. The recent FBI raid he ordered on Trump’s attorney was a unique and brutal violation of any notion of client attorney privilege whether you were a special counsel or not. >To quote Newt Gingrich’s reaction to it – “Setting up a precedent that a prosecutor is allowed to dig into your life until finding a crime is a threat to the rule of law and a threat to every American.”
It was Mueller’s one last gasp attempt to get out of his dilemma by provoking Trump to fire him, which Trump won’t oblige him by doing, since he’s now got him exactly where he always planned to have him. >That’s to say, wiggling on the end of a hook blown high in the wind, and he’s going to leave him dangling there in full public view for as long as possible. >basing best girl off of bust size You know, flip-user... I think I just have to accept that you and I have different tastes in anime girls all together.
Do you actually own an IO PPSH-43 pistol build? I've read some mixed reviews. I'm always skeptical of any open bolt design modified to fire from a closed bolt.

Giuliani is the perfect mix of celebrity and legal analysis to speak for Trump

No you, it's great and practical, espcially in NATO 7.62
I applied to some pretty iridescent employers, studied a middle eastern language, and have some interesting connections through family. But again, I have never worked, to the best of my knowledge, for a spook outfit.

I really hope in GTA6 they use the phrase “CIA nigger”.
