+100 is basically a 1:1 ratio or “even money”. So 100 dollars betted would win you 100 dollars. As the number after the + get higher, the odds get higher and the bets are less likely to win according to the oddsmakers. +300 would be 3:1 so you would win 300 for every 100 betted. +1000 is 10:1, +20000 is 200:1 and so on. If you see a negative odd like -200 it’s the opposite, so you would need to bet that amount (in this case 200 dollars) in order to net a return of 100.
