That's the absolute state of our courts in general. It would have been the same sentence for ethnic Finn, our justice system is ridiculously kind to all crime. You need to at least commit a really bad torture murder or mass murder to get even ~10 years in jail.

I think sex with minor should always be rape. Our justice system is way too lenient in sexual and violent crime, but there just seems to be no real political will to change it despite constant promises of politicians. They just seem to want even less prisoners while migrants who are not intimidated by light sentences keep coming in.

This guy Michael Penttilä (originally Jukka Torsten Lindholm but changed his name) is the best example of it. Murderer and rapist with obsessive need to strangle women, he's been in prison three times, always released and killed again eventually, and now he's suspected of murder again. He's a real serial killer that our system just cannot keep behind the bars without breaking it's own rules.

Our justice system is so pacified by generally low crime an that it literally has no ways do deal with really dangerous criminals. As long as you're not declared insane and thus unfit to stand trial, you will get out of prison no matter what you have done.
