If abortion should be illegal because fetuses are considered human beings and killing human beings is illegal, then abortions in case of rape or incest should also be illegal.
I'm not saying those abortions should indeed be illegal, I'm saying if the logic you are applying to ban abortions is the supposed human nature of fetuses, you can allow abortions in case of rape because the fetus would still be a human anyway.
