As sad as it is to say, I live in the shithole. A mate of mine who is now unable to come forward with any of this information used to work for said taxi boss. My mate would get tips and compliments from customers for "Being one of the only white drivers in Shropshire". He'd pay £200 a fortnight "rent" to the boss for using one of the taxi plated cars (a modest amount actually, as you can easily earn that back on the weekends). At it's peak, the boss had upwards of 150 drivers in Telford and Wrekin alone. That's £60,000 a month the big boss would be earning from rent fees alone if everyone paid. Ofcourse if repairs were needed he'd earn a bit less, but needless to say he was rich as fuck.
A competing taxi firm was started up and my mate went to work with him instead since at the other one, the call workers would "feed" certain drivers (giving them all the exec jobs for big pay). This new firm was owned by a bloke called Bob who also owned a woodwork service of sorts. I think he's still running it but am not entirely sure.
Police know about all the issues present though and have done little to stop it. We had a protest a bit back too about the kid touching. I think BNP or someone did the march. The police threatened arrest of the protesters to scare off a big crowd from forming and not get the average man involved. Meanwhile they didn't threaten the muslim and leftie counter march.
They've everything in their pocket and most of the information I'm mentioning the news sites haven't covered. Yet.
