I tried to run for US Senate here (New Mexico) but got screwed out of all my nomination petitions by circumstance and the county, and but I still want to make a difference; I still want to root out and destroy corruption.
It seems obvious to me that there's a concerted movement to replace the Citizen with essentially a ranch-animal; this is why there is so much of a push against Gun Rights; and also why the whole push for non-enforcement + mass immigration from Mexico and further south: those cultures not only tolerate corruption, but expect and reward it. — The push for importing ‘skilled’ foreign workers via H1B [mainly India, some China] is similar, but more geared to both depressing wages and eliminating “good jobs” from the middle class and eliminating the ability to fight back. (You also see the disappearance of low-end jobs like fast-food to Mexicans, thus further depriving the middle class of the traditional first/teen job.)
So, how do we fight back? What are the solutions? (Cont.)
First off, we can build a case against tech companies; we have some evidence of discrimination with suits like James Damore’s class-action against Google. But there’s a lot of evidence out there that this is NOT a few companies, but endemic in the industry. Such a case would likely fall under RICO — law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/1962 — namely the following sections which fall under ‘Racketeering Activity’: §1028 — relating to fraud and related activity in connection with identification documents §1343 — relating to wire fraud §1351 — relating to fraud in foreign labor contracting §1425 — relating to the procurement of citizenship or nationalization unlawfully §1426 — relating to the reproduction of naturalization or citizenship papers §1427 — relating to the sale of naturalization or citizenship papers etc.

But that’ll take some time to get through the courts, and there’s things we can do NOW to help ease the pain. The problem is with the laws. Tech companies can't hire illegal STEM slaves. They are all legal H1b visas that were granted. This is totally a legislative/political issue. The only way to solve it is to stop issuing tons of work visas for bullshit tech jobs where there's plenty of American workers available. Oh I'm not suggesting that the invader's shouldn't be repulsed and traitors shouldn't be punished.
